About Living with Pure Joy
Living with Pure Joy provides faith-led, educational and inspirational content, resources, digital products, mentoring sessions and community connection to support women in toxin-free living, natural wellbeing, faith, beauty, ageing, home, lifestyle and joyful everyday choices.
The content shared through Living with Pure Joy is intended to encourage, educate and inspire. It is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, nutritional, financial or legal advice.

By using this website, you agree to use it respectfully, lawfully and only for its intended purpose.

Free resources and email sign-ups
Living with Pure Joy may offer free resources, such as the Glow Cream recipe booklet, in exchange for your name and email address.
When you sign up for a free resource, you agree to be added to the Living with Pure Joy email list.
You may receive emails from Living with Pure Joy, including encouragement, educational content, updates, product information, mentoring session offers, donation information, Pure Joy Circle communication and other Living with Pure Joy news.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
Pure Joy Circle
The Pure Joy Circle is a free community hosted in a private Facebook group.
When you sign up to join the Pure Joy Circle through this website, you agree to be added to the Living with Pure Joy email list. This allows us to send you Circle updates, community communication, encouragement, resources, product information, mentoring session offers, donation information and other Living with Pure Joy news.
The Pure Joy Circle is offered as a free community space. Living with Pure Joy may change, pause, close or remove access to the Circle at any time.
By joining the Pure Joy Circle, you agree to participate respectfully and kindly. Living with Pure Joy reserves the right to remove posts, comments or members from the group at its discretion, including where behaviour is unkind, disrespectful, promotional, argumentative, harmful, inappropriate or not aligned with the heart of the community.
The Pure Joy Circle is hosted on Facebook. Your use of Facebook is governed by Facebook’s own terms, privacy policy and community standards. Living with Pure Joy is not responsible for Facebook’s platform, privacy practices, access issues, technical issues or changes to Facebook’s services.
Digital products
Living with Pure Joy may sell digital products, including PDF books, downloadable resources and other digital materials.
Digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase, you will usually receive access through an immediate download link, checkout confirmation, email confirmation or another digital delivery method.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, Living with Pure Joy does not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, or if you decide after purchase that the product is not suitable for you.
If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, or if your download link does not arrive, please contact us at hello@livingwithpurejoy.com with your purchase details. We will make reasonable efforts to resend the file, provide a replacement link, or help you access your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Digital product access and delivery
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you do not receive your digital download, please check your junk, spam, promotions or other filtered email folders first.
If you still cannot find the download email, contact hello@livingwithpurejoy.com with your name, email address and purchase details so we can assist you.
Living with Pure Joy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, email filtering, internet issues, device issues, customer technology issues or third-party platform delays. However, we will do our best to help you access your purchase.
Purchases and payments
Purchases made through this website are processed securely through Squarespace Payments and Stripe.
Living with Pure Joy does not store your full credit card details.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. You also agree that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Living with Pure Joy may change prices, products, offers or availability at any time without notice.
Donations
Living with Pure Joy may accept voluntary donations through this website.
Donations are voluntary contributions made to support Living with Pure Joy and its work.
Donations are generally non-refundable unless there has been an error, duplicate payment, unauthorised transaction, technical issue, or another circumstance where a refund is required by law.
If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact hello@livingwithpurejoy.com as soon as possible with your payment details.
Mentoring sessions
Living with Pure Joy may offer single mentoring sessions and packs of mentoring sessions.
Mentoring sessions are intended to provide encouragement, guidance, personal reflection and support. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, counselling, nutritional, legal, financial or professional healthcare services.
By purchasing or booking a mentoring session, you understand that any information shared is general in nature and should not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Booking mentoring sessions
After purchasing a mentoring session or session pack, you will receive information about how to book your session.
You are responsible for booking your session and attending at the scheduled time.
Please make sure the contact details you provide are accurate so Living with Pure Joy can send booking information and session communication.
Mentoring session cancellation and rescheduling policy
If you need to reschedule a mentoring session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used.
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
If Living with Pure Joy needs to reschedule your session, we will offer an alternative appointment time.
If Living with Pure Joy is unable to provide a session you have paid for, you will be offered a reschedule, credit or refund where appropriate.
Session packs
If you purchase a pack of three mentoring sessions, all sessions must be used within 3 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions after this period may expire.
Session packs are purchased for the person named at the time of booking and may not be transferred to another person without written agreement from Living with Pure Joy.
Refunds for mentoring sessions
Mentoring sessions and session packs are not refundable for change of mind once purchased, booked or commenced.
If you are unable to attend, please follow the cancellation and rescheduling policy above.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Amazon and third-party purchases
This website may include links to third-party websites, including Amazon.
For example, Living with Pure Joy may link to Amazon for the purchase of a print-on-demand children’s book.
When you click through to Amazon or another third-party website, you leave the Living with Pure Joy website.
Purchases made through Amazon or any other third-party website are handled directly by that third party. Their own terms, privacy policy, payment process, delivery process, refund policy and customer service terms apply.
Living with Pure Joy is not responsible for third-party websites, including their content, payment processing, delivery, shipping, refunds, customer service, platform issues or privacy practices.
